Foster parents urgently needed for rescued motherless kittens!

Melanie and a dozen other rescued motherless young kittens urgently need loving foster homes. Please visit Nevada SPCA in person before 4pm and ask for Lonnie if you can help two or more, for a foster commitment of approximately 2-3 months.

Sharing their pictures is helping find foster homes! So we appreciate your help very much.

Melanie is about 4 weeks of age. She and her siblings were reportedly found crying in distress in someone's backyard, their mother's whereabouts or well-being unknown.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Bailey, a rescued Cocker Spaniel ready to begin his new life.

Bailey is a gentle Cocker Spaniel who was at another shelter with a severely damaged eye.  We rescued him, had his eye removed at a veterinary hospital, and then placed him in a loving foster home so he could heal in peace and begin his adjustment to life with one eye in a home environment.  Bailey is about 8 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. He enjoys other dogs and adores people who snuggle with him.  Please help us find Bailey a forever home where he will be cherished and showered with affection.
