My heart cannot break again.

Update: Cinnamon was adopted on July 25th!

Cinnamon is a sensitive little lady with a tender heart.

She is a rare breed -- "Xoloitzcuintle" -- sometimes referred to as Mexican Hairless. She is a spayed female, approximately 4-5 years of age.

She has recovered well from severe depression. Upon rejection by her owner, she just shut down physically and emotionally.

We placed her in foster care in a gentle home environment with other dogs. She slowly began to bloom again and she regained her will to live.

Cinnamon's hairless skin needs extra moisturizing and protection from the sun, so please consult with your veterinarian for guidance.

Besides a quiet home, we believe she will do best in a home with other sweet dogs. As with all of the animals, she needs a lifetime commitment for love and care. Cinnamon's heart is fragile -- let's be sure she never has to experience ultimate rejection again.
