Debbie was very bashful for her two pictures this morning. (She debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.) 
 
The third picture is of Debbie at the time of her rescue on January 15. The fourth picture is of her mother, Lilly.

You may recall Lilly and her 9 babies were rescued from a man threatening to shoot them. All survived, and thrived, thanks to wonderful foster care.

Debbie is now almost 4 months of age, spayed, loving with people and playful with other dogs. She is shy and needs time to warm to new people.

Some of Debbie's siblings have already been adopted, while others will be ready for adoption soon (unless adopted by their foster parents). Lilly will soon be spayed and ready for adoption too. (Lilly is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Shar Pei and Shepherd. The father(s) of the puppies is unknown.)

Twinkie is the tiniest of dogs -- only 3 pounds! -- but he has enormous unconditional love to share with you.  He is a super cute, super sweet Yorkshire Terrier, neutered boy, 10 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue Twinkie because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready for a forever home.  An experienced home is required for his safety due to his exceptionally small size.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
