Can't joy and love and grace find me?

The pain you can see in BJ's face is heartbreaking.  He doesn't yet know he is safe, nor does he fully believe yet that people can be predominantly kind. 

We don't how long BJ endured the cruelty before being dumped at another shelter.  But he didn't qualify for adoption there because he was nippy and fearful of new people. 

Nevada SPCA rescued him and BJ debuts for adoption today. 

BJ is a petite Poodle & Terrier mix, about 5 years of age and neutered.  He is a sensitive boy and his loving potential is enormous. 

BJ feels most at ease with other dogs around, so a big brother dog or big sister dog may help his soul heal faster.  Experienced, adult-only home needed. 

Please help us find BJ a hero, ensuring that he only knows the best of human nature from now on.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
