Is it a big surprise that a dog like me barks?

Update: Poppy was adopted on August 28th!

Brace yourself for the superb charm of little Poppy.

He is a silly, light-hearted older boy who is ready to share fun and good cheer.

Poppy is a precious Shih-Tzu, neutered, 9-10 years of age, debuting for adoption today.

Besides being super cute, he is well-behaved, good with small dogs (big dogs frighten him), and reportedly compatible with mature kids, plus housetrained too (with a doggie door).

Please plan on regular professional grooming care for Poppy and budget accordingly.

The reason he was surrendered to us by his previous owner? He "barks".

So, yes, little Poppy barks and eats and sleeps and goes to the bathroom, as expected of any and all canines. Please adopt this sweetheart and show him the power of love and commitment.
