I cannot understand why I was beaten.

Update: Guido was adopted on January 30th!

The despicable cowardice of those who rob children and animals of their innocence, through brutality, makes us ever more resolute to find the kindest possible homes for these angels in need.

How could anyone justify beating tiny Guido?

We were contacted by a veterinary hospital which was caring for him following what had been at least one severe bludgeoning.

Guido is physically recovered, but his broken heart is another matter entirely. Progress with trust needs to continue in a very gentle, patient, experienced, and loving home.

Guido is an adorable mix of Teacup Chihuahua & Terrier. He is neutered, just a year of age, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Guido enjoys other dogs and he is drawn to calm, soothing people who speak softly.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
