Things may finally be looking up beautifully for us.

Update 2: Trudy was adopted on December 22nd!

Update: Tara was adopted on December 19th!

Tara
(pictured here) and her sister Trudy are on the cusp of being in a loving home for the first time ever.

The girls debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Tara & Trudy are young Boxers, approximately one year of age. Both are shy and reserved with new people, but they have gentle souls and they are full of tremendous potential.

The girls were reportedly bred for sale in a puppy store, but grew to adult size before being purchased.

We agreed to rescue them so they could avoid a loveless life of being used and exploited for their puppies, as their mother was at a breeding kennel.

Tara & Trudy are now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.

Please be patient with them and provide good guidance to help them adjust to living predominantly indoors as true members of the family.

Tara & Trudy can be adopted separately, but the girls are very bonded so we give great preference to keeping them together forever (and we will reduce their adoption fees accordingly to support their lifelong bond).
