Update: Lotus was adopted on August 24th!

Lotus is an apt name for a gorgeous young girl who is about to blossom.

She is overcoming emotional pain though, and memories of screaming and physical abuse.

Trust will take time, helped by a gentle, experienced owner and a stable routine.

Lotus is a golden-eyed Shepherd mix, medium-size, approximately 2 years of age.

We rescued her from another shelter where she ran out of time.

Lotus is debuting for adoption today. She has tremendous loving potential!

Bailey is a gentle Cocker Spaniel who was at another shelter with a severely damaged eye.  We rescued him, had his eye removed at a veterinary hospital, and then placed him in a loving foster home so he could heal in peace and begin his adjustment to life with one eye in a home environment.  Bailey is about 8 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.
