Lotus

Lotus likes chatting with people, napping in sun-rays coming through windows, and bonding with cats and mellow dogs.  She is a beautiful young girl, a seal point Siamese, 1 year of age and spayed, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Lotus was surrendered by her previous owners who feared their dogs were going to harm her.

Lotus is a baby girl who loves taking shoulder rides, occasionally kissing you on the cheek.  She is a beautiful London tabby (with "bullseye" patterning), 6 months of age, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for her safety. Lotus loves playing with other cats too.  Please visit and ask for Lotus by name.

Accept my unconditional love and devotion. I want to be yours.

Lotus is a joyful, intelligent young girl with a luminous personality, and to see her is to want to hug her and get to know her.  She is an Australian Shepherd mix with unique, petite triangle-shaped ears, about 2 years of age, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Lotus is good with other dogs, but may be too playful for small or elderly dogs.  She was found roaming on the streets of Las Vegas with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not spayed).  Please ask for Lotus by name when you visit.

They say I have hypnotic eyes.

Update: Lotus was adopted on March 6th! Personable and outgoing, Lotus seems to be aware of his great charms. He is a handsome grey tabby, shorthair, neutered male, about 2 years young. Lotus needed us due to his previous owner's financial collapse. He enjoys other cats and wants much of your attention. Like all cats, Lotus needs and deserves a strictly indoor-only lifestyle for his safety and protection. Please ask for him by name in the free-roaming Cat Condo playrooms at Nevada SPCA.

These eyes have seen too much hurt.

Update: Lotus was adopted on August 24th! Lotus is an apt name for a gorgeous young girl who is about to blossom. She is overcoming emotional pain though, and memories of screaming and physical abuse. Trust will take time, helped by a gentle, experienced owner and a stable routine. Lotus is a golden-eyed Shepherd mix, medium-size, approximately 2 years of age. We rescued her from another shelter where she ran out of time. Lotus is debuting for adoption today. She has tremendous loving potential!
