I succeeded in keeping my babies alive.

Update: Lolita was adopted on August 5th!

Lolita has a good heart. She is on a roller coaster ride emotionally, slowly becoming aware of how wonderful life is when you are loved and cherished.

It was a scorching hot day last month on the day of her rescue. She and her five babies, who were clearly the victims of severe neglect, were in the back of a pick-up truck and suffering from dehydration.

At first she did not know our intentions and refused to let us touch her puppies. We worked with her and earned her trust, and the rescue succeeded.

Lolita is now spayed, vaccinated, & chipped -- debuting for adoption today. Her puppies, who were exposed to the parvo virus, are still receiving medical care, but doing well, and all are expected to make full recoveries.

Lolita is a medium-size Heinz 57, perhaps with Heeler & Bully, approximately four years of age. The person who adopts her will get to witness her discover the immense joys of adapting into a loving home as a member of a family.

Twinkie is the tiniest of dogs -- only 3 pounds! -- but he has enormous unconditional love to share with you.  He is a super cute, super sweet Yorkshire Terrier, neutered boy, 10 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue Twinkie because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready for a forever home.  An experienced home is required for his safety due to his exceptionally small size.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
