Shasta

Shasta, a charismatic junior puppy, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

He is a medium-size (35 pounds) unique blend of breeds, likely including Husky, with a curly-Q tail, 10 months of age, and now neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety.

Shasta's enthusiastic greeting to people he knows may alarm and confuse some. He lifts his lips in the "snarl" position, but only to mimic a human smile rather than to send a warning.

Shasta is compatible with some dogs, but he can be bossy with other dogs.

He was found on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not neutered).
