Cary, healing beautifully physically and emotionally from dog fighting, triumphantly debuts for adoption today!



Look at how wonderfully Cary is recovering in just 3 weeks!  Here is his original post, minutes after his rescue on July 12 with severe wounds.

Veterinarians feared Cary was in danger of losing his right ear, but his surgery has proven successful and his stitches will soon be able to be removed.

Cary's emotional healing has been dramatic too.  He gives us kisses, begs for belly rubs, and loves to gently cuddle.  His spiritual healing needs to continue in a new home.

He is 2 years young, neutered, and triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Despite his remarkable progress, he must be in a home without other dogs.  Even seeing another dog in the distance causes him great anxiety and agitation.

Please help us find Cary a hero who will ensure his recovery continues and he reaches his full loving potential.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
