Why did they want to cut my ears off?

Update: Wee Willy has been adopted!

Wee Willy is a 5-pound lovebug.

He could hardly be any cuter, that's for sure.  But some fool out there tried to "crop" his ears, nicking off the top of his right ear and severely maiming his left ear.

This home-style cropping of ears is gruesomely painful and tortuous.  The victims are usually the Bully breeds, in a sick effort to make them look mean, and it is absolute cruelty, using ice and scissors.

Wee Willy though still believes in people.  He melts into your arms when you hold and comfort him.

He is a Teacup Chihuahua, neutered boy, about 2 years young.

Wee Willy gets along very well with other sweet dogs.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
