I was rescued the day before I gave birth to 5 puppies.

Update: Curly Sue was adopted on October 2nd!

Though it is never a good time to lose your family, Curly Sue was abandoned at the time of her greatest need.

Upon rescue, she was pregnant and so large we knew that the birth of her babies was imminent.  We were able to place her in a foster home and she gave birth to 4 puppies the very next day.

Curly Sue's babies are thriving, still in foster care until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and prepared for adoption.

But Curly Sue is now spayed and ready for adoption into a forever home today.  She is a lovely Pekingese, just a baby herself really at 2 years of age.

Curly Sue has a tender spirit and eyes that seem to reveal wisdom and serenity.  She is fine with other sweet dogs and needs regular professional grooming care.  Her foster mom says that she is housetrained (with a doggie door).

Pekingese knowledge and/or experience is preferred for her adoption.

Twinkie is the tiniest of dogs -- only 3 pounds! -- but he has enormous unconditional love to share with you.  He is a super cute, super sweet Yorkshire Terrier, neutered boy, 10 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue Twinkie because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready for a forever home.  An experienced home is required for his safety due to his exceptionally small size.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
