Update: Amira was adopted on December 4th!

Amira
is an intelligent, gorgeous, and bubbly young girl with a curious nature.

She is an Australian Cattle Dog with stunning red merle coloring, spayed, and approximately 3 years of age.

Amira needed us when her owner moved away, but as usual, we are completely perplexed why she was not allowed to make the journey too.

Amira's tremendous qualities could fill a book. For starters, she is great with dogs and kind children, and housetrained (with a doggie door).

Herding breeds often surprise people with their IQs, so please be sure to plan on both mental and physical exercise for her.

Amira debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
