Update: Gomez was adopted on October 7th!It is beautiful to watch Gomez awaken to the understanding that people can be affectionate and compassionate.
This is a longer journey though, as his belief in people was shattered by a monster who clearly hurt him.
His spirit is alive and rebuilding, and this needs to continue in a gentle home with a very loving owner.
Ideally, he will do best in a home with another dog to help him adjust even better.
Gomez is a tan & cream Chihuahua with very cute front-folding ears. He is neutered and about 18 months young.
We rescued Gomez from another shelter.
