Do we dare to hope for love?

Alexander, 10, and Bonita, 3, are two more of the six precious dogs rescued from the backyard/junkyard of a suspected breeder and they debut for adoption today.

Both Alexander and Bonita are tiny, just 6 and 4 pounds respectively, and quite bashful. We believe they've never been held before. When we lift them, they stare at the ground in fear of being dropped.

Both have muted spirits -- they likely gave up hope long ago -- but they are accepting kindness and beginning to connect more with the people caring for them.

Both are Toy Poodle mixes and now spayed/neutered (Alexander is a boy and Bonita is a girl).

Please help find them exceptionally gentle homes where they can continue to bloom.
