Before & After pictures of sweet Lacey.

Lacey, March 11

Lacey, May 26
Lacey is an angelic girl who has been recovering from starvation for the past 8 weeks.  Today, she triumphantly debuts for adoption at Nevada SPCA.

Lacey is a Shih-Tzu mix, about 6 years of age and spayed, and great with other gentle dogs.

We rescued her from another shelter in March when she was skeletal, severely neglected, and had blood in her urine from a bladder stone.

The first picture (green background) is just days after her rescue once we had her knots and tangles shaved away.

In this morning's picture (the turquoise background), you can see the hope and glow in her eyes.  Lacey has regained weight and energy, her coat is growing out nicely thanks to premium food, and she has recovered well from her bladder stone surgery.

Please help us find a wonderful, stable, loving forever home for Lacey.
