Please help me reach my full loving potential.

Update: Midnight was adopted on February 3rd!

Midnight (the name she arrived with) is an exceptionally gentle youngster who desperately needs to build self-esteem.

We are not sure whether she has been the victim of screaming or physical abuse, or if she was improperly socialized when a puppy, but she hunkers down in new situations and with new people.

But with those she trusts, Midnight shares her heart and affection.

She is a lovely Labrador Retriever mix, spayed, just past one year of age.  She debuts for adoption today.

Midnight is compatible with other dogs and reportedly fine with older, mature kids.  She may need your patience and guidance to complete housetraining, as she reportedly has accidents when especially anxious.

She needed us when her previous owner moved into an apartment without her.

Once in a loving home, we know she will bloom beautifully.  We look forward to seeing her in the months to come holding her chin high with pride.
