Update: Candy was adopted on September 2nd!

Underneath the knots and tangles that had worsened over the months was a super sweet young girl yearning for affection.

We rescued her from another shelter and named her Candy. The filth and mess now shaved away, she is proving to be as lovely on the outside as she is inside.

We believe Candy is a Toy & Schnauzer mix. She is spayed, about one year of age, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Candy is good with other friendly dogs and she needs regular professional grooming care (at least quarterly).

Please cherish her and make sure she knows she is a valued member of your family.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Bailey, a rescued Cocker Spaniel ready to begin his new life.

Bailey is a gentle Cocker Spaniel who was at another shelter with a severely damaged eye.  We rescued him, had his eye removed at a veterinary hospital, and then placed him in a loving foster home so he could heal in peace and begin his adjustment to life with one eye in a home environment.  Bailey is about 8 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
