I am so scared someone might hit or kick me again.

Boo Boo's soul is in recovery from abuse, as she is still head-shy and fearful of loud noises and loud people.

We think of her as a beautiful flower who needs a gentle home to help her bloom.

Trusting people takes time and patience, so Boo Boo needs an experienced, adult-only home and calm lifestyle environment.

Boo Boo is an attractive mix of Terrier and Schnauzer, medium-size, and she is spayed and about 4 years of age.

She needs regular brushing and grooming care.

We have a mixed record with her and other dogs. Some she takes to very well, while others she tries to dominate. (If you have a dog please be sure to bring him or her to meet her in our courtyard to ensure that Boo Boo is compatible with the entire family.)

Twinkie is the tiniest of dogs -- only 3 pounds! -- but he has enormous unconditional love to share with you.  He is a super cute, super sweet Yorkshire Terrier, neutered boy, 10 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue Twinkie because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready for a forever home.  An experienced home is required for his safety due to his exceptionally small size.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Bailey, a rescued Cocker Spaniel ready to begin his new life.

Bailey is a gentle Cocker Spaniel who was at another shelter with a severely damaged eye.  We rescued him, had his eye removed at a veterinary hospital, and then placed him in a loving foster home so he could heal in peace and begin his adjustment to life with one eye in a home environment.  Bailey is about 8 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
