I would love to have a sister for lifelong companionship.

Update: Mamie was adopted on May 21st!

We rescued Mamie from another shelter.

Very friendly, she adores people.

Mamie seems so lonely, so it is important she is adopted into a very attentive home where she will get lots of love.

Ideally, Mamie would do best with another female guinea pig to bond with -- a new sister. If you have a single female guinea pig who similarly needs a sister, Nevada SPCA staff can help introduce the guinea pigs to ensure they get along well.

Mamie is most likely an American & English mix and she is approximately 2 years young. She is chestnut, with a wide band of white and a butterscotch facial blaze.

Please visit and ask for Mamie by name.
