Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Erwin & Lincoln are fun-loving, radiant brothers debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The boys are very friendly Chocolate Labrador Retrievers, about 7-8 years of age, neutered, and as handsome as can be. They are strongly bonded and need to remain together forever. We rescued the pair from another shelter.

Cody was at another shelter where he did not qualify for adoption because of blindness and bad teeth.  (His previous owners had dropped him off there when they moved away.) He is a very gentle, affable little guy, a Yorkshire Terrier, about 6 years of age, neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Cody gets along well with other dogs and seems to adapt very quickly to new spaces, learning the lay-outs of the areas around him. We had dental cleaning done for Cody and he's now ready to find a loving, forever home. Please help us find Cody a hero so he is never failed again.

Raven has a beautiful spirit and a wonderfully pleasant personality and she is debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She is a German Shepherd, about 6 years of age, spayed girl. We rescued Raven from another shelter.  She had a fatty tumor on her hip and she was severely underweight.  Her tumor has now been removed and she is slowly and steadily regaining weight. German Shepherd knowledge is preferred for Raven's adoption.

Betty Bubbles is a light-hearted, dainty, and petite girl when it comes to soaking up affection from you.  But when it's time to patrol the house (or engage in adventurous play-time), she is all serious business and courageous as she undertakes her missions and explores rooms for intruders.  Betty Bubbles is a shorthair beauty, about 4 years of age, spayed, great with other cats, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued this sweetheart from another shelter.

Darren inspires us with his radiance and immense joy for life.  Meet Darren and prepare to be dazzled by this light-hearted, happy boy.  He is an attractive Australian Cattle Dog, neutered, 4 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  At the time of Darren's rescue from another shelter, his right hind leg was missing and his right eye was bursting and could not be saved.  He is adjusting well to life with one eye and long ago adjusted to life on three legs.  Please help us find Darren a hero.

Exceptionally sweet and lovable, Tammy is an angel on Earth, so ready to bless someone with her unconditional devotion.  She is a beautiful Fox Terrier & Toy mix, 1 year young, spayed girl, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Tammy is gentle, enjoys other dogs, and she is recovering well from severe neglect. We rescued Tammy from a government-funded shelter that ran out of space for her.

Vegas is irresistibly charming!  He has the kindest, most pleasant smile and sports a light-hearted and zany personality.  Vegas sneaks doggie kisses on you too.  He is a good-looking Heinz 57 and he is medium-size with the body type and size of a Corgi, perhaps with Spaniel, Australian Shepherd, more -- a stunning blend of many breeds.  Vegas is about 4 years of age, neutered, good with dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Vegas from another shelter.

Glory is so adorable it looks like we painted her.  But she is a real girl with magical brown eyes and an exceptionally loving nature.  Glory is a Chinese Crested Powder Puff mix, 3 years young, spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  A gentle home is ideal and she needs regular professional grooming.  We rescued Glory from another shelter that ran out of space.

Tinkerbell & Peter Pan .  They are a sister and brother team with wonderfully light-hearted natures and loving personalities.  Pet'ographique captured these matinee idols in a portrait that rings true with their fun attitudes.  Tinkerbell & Peter Pan are Shih-Tzus, 2 years young, spayed/neutered, great with other dogs, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA (www.nevadaspca.org).  They are soul-mates, so they need to remain together forever. We rescued the pair from another shelter.

If you prefer a calm and gentle older dog, will you please give consideration to Jonelle ?  Jonelle is a very sweet spirit, humble, and full of unconditional devotion she is very ready to share with you.  Jonelle is a Boxer mix, medium size, spayed, about 8 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Jonelle from another shelter.  She had a small eye growth at the time of rescue, which we had removed, and she has healed well.

Gabbie is a terrific snuggler!  You will be amazed at how much unconditional love this young boy has to share with you.  Gabbie is an exceptionally sweet Aussie & Bully mix, neutered boy, 2 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He gets along very well with other dogs.  We rescued Gabbie from another shelter just in the nick of time, with only hours to spare.

Fun-loving and jubilant, Shadow glows with kindness and good cheer.  He is a sunny blend of Golden Retriever & Yellow Labrador Retriever, just one year of age, neutered, full of love for people and dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Shadow from another shelter.  He was surrendered there with a severe eye infection and entropia.  We treated his eye and had his entropia repaired at a veterinary clinic, and he has made a beautiful recovery.

Sebastian is blessed with a great gift -- he has a calming effect on people and other cats.  Lovable and mellow, he is a big bundle of sunlight, and he is ready to join a loving, forever home.  Sebastian is a cream tabby with gorgeous eyes, neutered, about 4 years of age.  Please ask for him by name at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Sebastian from another shelter.

Fred Max and Fred We rescued these two heavenly boys from another shelter.  Fred and Max are both regal, radiant German Shepherds, neutered, about 8 years of age.  They had landed in a government-funded shelter when their previous owners reportedly lost the family home to foreclosure. Both boys are now safe.  Fred is debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Because they adore each other so much, we wanted to keep them together forever.  But Max has a torn ACL and we are having advanced medical care provided to save his leg, courtesy of a wonderful and very generous donor. Perhaps the boys will be reunited again when Max has made a full recovery from his surgery.  We will urge whoever adopts Fred to try and keep an open mind on this.

Dee Dee would love to be your personal assistant, helping you around the house as much as she can, always being near and loyal. Twinkie is the tiniest of dogs -- only 3 pounds! -- but he has enormous unconditional love to share with you.  He is a super cute, super sweet Yorkshire Terrier, neutered boy, 10 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue Twinkie because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready for a forever home.  An experienced home is required for his safety due to his exceptionally small size.

Scooter is a snuggly pup with a gentle temperament.  He is a very good-looking Italian Greyhound mix, just 10 months of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Scooter gets along very well with other dogs and Italian Greyhound knowledge is preferred for his adoption.  Another shelter which ran out of space asked us to take him and several others, which we were happy to do.

Tank is 6 pounds of unconditional love!  He is a tiny, but plump, huggable boy who is full of character.  Tank is a Chihuahua, about 6 years of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He likes being held and he gets along beautifully with other dogs.  Another shelter that was running out of space asked us to rescue him.

Seeing Tootie is like looking in the eyes of an angel.  She is very kind and calm, and full of love, and hopeful that she will finally be loved.  Like all mixed breeds, Tootie has unique beauty.  She is medium-size and perhaps a mix of Cocker Spaniel and Shetland Sheepdog.  She is spayed, about 8 years of age, good with dogs, shaved down (to get rid of the knots and tangles) and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Tootie is one of 14 dogs we rescued from other shelters just before Christmas.

Full of immense charm, Blinky is ready to steal your heart!  He is a precious Yorkshire Terrier, neutered, 12 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Another shelter asked us to rescue him because of his dental needs.  We had his teeth cleaned and he is now ready to join a forever home.  Blinky enjoys people and dogs and he needs regular professional grooming care.
