London is bashful and builds relationships with people slowly, growing ever more attached and trusting with time and familiarity. 

He is a lovable little gentleman, a Tibetan Terrier & Toy mix, 5 years of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA. 

London was abandoned with no sign of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not neutered).
