The Majestic Brothers

MacBeth

Mr. Richard

Mr. Samuel

Shakespeare
We ask for your help to find heroes for The Majestic Brothers -- MacBeth, Shakespeare, Mr. Richard, and Mr. Samuel -- who require owners with advanced dog training and socialization skills (professional trainers, police or military trainers, and others with superb abilities with challenging dogs).

Their remarkable story needs to be shared. The boys were puppies 6 months of age when they were confiscated by authorities from a breeder for subjecting them to unconscionable living conditions. In the 18 months since then, kenneled with authorities while their previous owner awaited trial, they have physically grown to magnificence. Emotionally though, they remain infantile, terrified of people, unable to walk on a leash, confused by attempts to pet them, without any level of self-esteem.

Earlier this year their previous owner was convicted of animal cruelty. Authorities agreed to release the boys to Nevada SPCA in February for socialization and for hero adoptions to people with advanced dog training skills.

The boys are improving, though very slowly. They accept our touch and don't attempt to harm us. Instead of aggression, they remain stock still, pleading for only a gentle touch. We must carry them from room to courtyard because they are too afraid to walk at our sides. The first time we took them to the courtyard they ran to the corner to hide, too afraid to run and frolic.

We completely believe in MacBeth, Shakespeare, Mr. Richard, and Mr. Samuel. And we know and trust that there are inspiring people in southern Nevada and beyond who are capable of helping them progress and reach their full loving potential. The boys are very large Heinz 57s with Retriever, Shepherd, and other breeds, 2 years of age, neutered, and becoming ready for hero adoptions at Nevada SPCA.
