Before & After -- update on 35 rescued rabbits.

35 abandoned rabbits, as discovered June 15, 2015
Before & After -- It's now been 4 months since the rescue of the 35 bunnies abandoned on a sidewalk in deplorable condition.  (All were unsocialized to a degree it was suspected they were being raised for food for humans or other animals or intended for some other harm.)

Their progress has been phenomenal!  Both physically (eating Timothy hay and fresh daily salads) and emotionally (learning to trust humans and accept care), they are thriving.  As each improves, they are being spayed/neutered and adopted.  We have carefully bonded most into pairs, for meaningful lifelong companionship.

Charm & Velma, pictured here, courtesy of Pet'ographique (www.petographique.com) have been socialized in a wonderful foster home.  Both girls are approximately 1 year of age, spayed, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA (www.nevadaspca.org).  Charm is a Hot Tot and Velma is a Marten mix bunny.

We believe they will do best in a calm household where they continue to progress toward their full loving potential.
