Can't humans do better for the ones who love them so dearly?

A woman was dropping off used clothes in one of the large, wooden donation bins stationed in large parking lots throughout the city used to help people in need. She heard distress cries coming from a plastic box wound shut with a cord. Trapped inside she discovered one of the most beautiful cats she had ever seen, with no food or water, not even a cloth for comfort, nor a note.

We named this girl Charity and she is debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Charity is a Ragdoll mix with tortoiseshell point coloring and she is about 10 years of age and spayed.

She is mellow, but her eyes reveal the trauma her soul endured by being so cruelly discarded.

Charity likes being petted and brushed, and she gets along well with other cats.

Please help us find her a home where she will only know peace and kindness from now on.
