Do you have a dog who could be my big sister or brother?

Kara's expression is heartbreaking -- she is just a baby but she scans the eyes of everyone she meets carefully to try and read whether they intend her any harm.

Our information is third-hand, but indicated she was the victim of physical violence and emotional cruelty (that included food deprivation as punishment).

Kara, though, has enormous loving potential.  She is already making progress with volunteers and staff, and she is now ready to continue blooming in a loving, stable, forever home.

Kara is a "Bullador" puppy (Bully & Labrador Retriever), 6 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA (www.nevadaspca.org).

She does best with other dogs around to comfort her.

Please help us find Kara a hero.
