Heroes exist, but is there one for me?

We look forward to the day when Cindy holds her head high with confidence and peace-of-mind. 

But she doesn't yet know she is safe, though we suspect she is beginning to understand we will never hurt her. 

Cindy is an exceptionally shy and gentle Heeler mix (Australian Cattle Dog mix), about 4 years of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

She is terrific with other dogs, so a big brother or big sister dog would help her adjust. 

At the time of rescue Cindy was found on the Vegas streets with no self-esteem and no sign whatsoever of responsible ownership (no ID tag, no microchip ID, not spayed). 

Please help us find Cindy a hero.

We are Cocker Spaniel & Scottish Terrier mix puppies now ready for adoption into loving, forever homes.

Anna Beanie Little Eric Michelle Nicholas Sisters Anna and Michelle , and their brothers Beanie , Little Eric , and Nicholas , are very affectionate babies who love giving you kisses. We rescued their pregnant mother, a Cocker Spaniel named Mary Poppins from a government-funded shelter.  She had reportedly been bred with a Scottish Terrier.  We placed Mary Poppins in a loving foster home and she gave birth to these five angels and raised them there. Mary Poppins is going to be adopted by her foster family.  Her puppies are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption. Please carefully puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection.

Update 2: Jellybean was adopted on November 11th! Update: Licorice was adopted on November 9th! Licorice and Jellybean , brother and sister, are nicknamed " The Sweet Candy Puppies " due to their affectionate, adorable temperaments. They are most likely Retriever mixes and may grow to medium or large size. They are spayed/neutered, approximately 3 months of age, and they debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. The Sweet Candy Puppies were rescued after being found abandoned on the streets. Jellybean was injured with a hairline fracture in her right rear leg. We had her leg treated and it had been bandaged and she was resting for nearly a month. She recovered beautifully. Licorice and Jellybean can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong love and companionship. They are terrific together!
