I was caught in the middle of a failed marriage.

Update: Woody was adopted on November 17th!

Woody needed us when his previous owners divorced.  He still seems a bit shell-shocked about losing his home, unable to understand perhaps that humans do not always have unconditional love, unlike dogs.

He is ready to bounce back though in a new loving home.  He delights in playing with tennis balls and cuddling up with kind people.

Woody is an especially handsome Longhair Dachshund with warm eyes.  He is neutered, approximately 7 years of age, and debuting for adoption today.

He is reportedly housetrained (with a doggie door) and crate-trained.  He is also compatible with other friendly dogs.

Dachshund knowledge and/or experience is preferred for his adoption.
