I am so innocent. Why would someone try to destroy me?

Update: Claddagh was adopted on March 6th!

Claddagh
had a close call and nearly ended up being crushed in the back of a garbage truck.

Someone had stuffed her in a cardboard box, sealed without air-holes, and discarded her like trash.

A Nevada SPCA staff person, suspicious of all boxes (since so many seem to contain little angels), fortunately happened to be walking by and discovered her before the truck arrived.

Claddagh is a gorgeous Harlequin rabbit, about 2 years young. She is now spayed and ready for adoption.

But she needs an experienced, quieter home. It is clear that being here is her first encounter with human kindness, so she needs your patience as she learns that some humans deserve trust.

Claddagh is one of 70 rescued, spayed/neutered bunnies for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Please ask for her by name.
