Adopt me and I will be your little angel.

Cedar is a lively, beautiful little lady, full of many tremendous qualities.

She is a Dachshund, spayed, and about 6 years of age.

Cedar is compatible with both cats and dogs. She has always been around adults, so any children in the home should be older and very mature.

She is housetrained and generally well-behaved.

Cedar lost her home reportedly due to one fault. She was chewing on the carpet.

Chewing is necessary and important for adult dogs too, though some people expect this behavior to end after puppyhood. Trainers emphasize that the key is providing plenty of safe chewing options, and then re-directing chewing with praise toward these appropriate toys and treats.

Cedar debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
