Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Arthur's eyes sparkle when he is greeted by women, but he looks at men with caution and wariness.  He is a young, handsome, intelligent boy who needs to continue learning that both human genders can be kind.  Arthur is a Siberian Husky & German Shepherd mix, 2 years of age and neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He was at another shelter that asked for our help due to his general fear and distrust of men.

Petunia is ready to believe in people again.  She trusts women much quicker than she does men and fast hand or foot movements near her are startling.  We don't know what Petunia has endured, but a violent past is beyond doubt.  She is an English Bulldog, 4 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  English Bulldog knowledge is needed for her adoption.  Petunia needs a one-dog household (she doesn't like other dogs) and someone who will patiently continue helping her improve, with a very stable and peaceful lifestyle.  We rescued her from another shelter that asked for our help.

Tabitha is a majestic, 105-pound Great Dane who likes bonding with women and she gets along beautifully with the dogs we have introduced her to so far.    She is 3 years of age, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.     We rescued Tabitha from another shelter to help with her timidity toward men. She is wary of men to the point we suspect she has witnessed domestic violence or been the direct victim of cruelty and abuse.    Tabitha has enormous loving potential and we she needs an experienced home where she can come to realize that everyone around her loves her and intends her no harm.
