How can Travis , a 2-year-old youngster, look so weathered far beyond his years? The veterinarians believe it's the result of severe skin burns (especially on his nose, ears, tail) and insect bites, painting a picture of a loveless home where he was stuck outdoors without shelter. Travis is tiny, just 7 pounds, and he still believes in people and begs for kindness. He is an adorable Chihuahua, a neutered boy, great with other dogs, debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.
