Pinky , 14, a tiny little treasure, offers enormous love and gratitude for a hero. Pinky is a dainty, humble girl, a Chihuahua, housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs and kids, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    Her previous owner surrendered her due to financial hardship.

Bumble Bee , 12, no longer suffers and looks to people with great hope and adoration.    She is a tiny girl, a Chihuahua, spayed, good with dogs and older kids, housetrained, and triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Bumble Bee was left behind by her previous owners who moved away without her and left her in horrific condition. She had an eye ulcer, a hernia, extreme dental decay, and nostrils crusted shut. She is now healed and ready to love. During her dental care, 19 of her teeth had to be extracted. Surgery was also required to reopen her nostrils so she could begin breathing through her nose instead of just her mouth. Thank you very much to the donors for advanced veterinary care who made all of her important help possible. Sadie was at another shelter and trembling in fear.  She is letting us hold and reassure her and she is building up confidence well in the presence of other dogs.  Like Holly, who was posted earlier today, Sadie would love to be another dog's devoted little sister.  She will thrive best following another dog's lead and adjusting to a peaceful and stable home.   Sadie is an adorable tri-color Chihuahua mix, 5 years of age and spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Valentine , tiny and demure, a 6-pound sweetheart, kisses the cheeks of those who are kind to her.  She is a Chihuahua with an exceptionally loving nature, 1 year young and spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  We rescued Valentine from another shelter that needed our help.

Jitterbug , a tiny, 3-pound sweetheart debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a beautiful Longhair Chihuahua, 5 years of age, spayed girl, good with other dogs.  Jitterbug was at another shelter that asked for our help due to her timidity. She is afraid of strangers, but responds very well to soft voices and a tender touch.  Please help find a peaceful, stable for Jitterbug where she can bloom.

Penelope is a thoughtful girl, tiny at 8 pounds, but full of enormous unconditional love.  She was at another shelter that needed our help because of a birth defect with her hind left leg.  Penelope cannot walk on the leg, but she uses it on occasion for sitting or leaning.  Since it does not cause her any pain, her veterinarian decided against amputation.  Penelope adores people and she is great with other dogs.  She is a Longhair Chihuahua, about 7 years of age, spayed, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Superstar is a tiny little buttercup who likes to rest in your hands and give you doggie kisses.  She is a blond Chihuahua, spayed girl, about 5 years of age, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Superstar gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, and mature kids.  She is very gentle and just wants peace and love.  Superstar needed us when her previous owner passed away and she had nowhere to go.  Despite a birth defect that bows her back legs, she can walk short distances.  Please help us find this angel a hero.
