Chico , an abuse survivor, is wary of new people. But once he knows you are kind, and trustworthy, he deeply bonds with you and stares at you adoringly. Chico wants to give his whole heart to someone who will never fail him and always keep him safe and at peace. He is a Longhair Chihuahua, 7-8 years of age, good with other dogs, neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.
