Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Danielle , a pregnant girl with an angelic spirit, smiles bright when she hears people laughing. It puts her at tremendous ease to see people happy and merry.    We rescued Danielle from another shelter that asked for our help.    She is a unique blend of breeds, including Dachshund, and about 6 years of age. Flower Girl is offering to be your lifelong assistant and cherished family member.  She is a delightful young Chihuahua mix, 1 year of age, good with dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Flower Girl was pregnant and running loose on the streets at the time of rescue.  We placed her in a nurturing foster home and she gave birth to 5 babies just two days later and then raised her puppies in a peaceful, comfortable environment.  (Her babies are doing well and remaining in foster care until they are spayed/neutered.)  Please visit and ask for Flower Girl by name.

At the time of rescue in early August, Megan , a petite Yorkshire Terrier mix, was pregnant and in poor physical condition at another shelter. We placed Megan in a nurturing foster home where she birthed and raised her four babies.  (Megan's puppies will be ready for adoption later this autumn.) Megan is now spayed, 2 years of age, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Megan is just 8 pounds but she has a big personality and craves being the center of attention.  She is good with other dogs and needs regular professional grooming.
