Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Lillith looks up to people with golden eyes and hopes they will give her kindness.  She is a year of age, but still so much like a kitten, a medium-hair tuxedo, spayed girl, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  Lillith is great with other cats and thinks humans wear toys on their shoes (shoelaces).  She needed us due to her previous owners' hardship.

Sally licks your hand, pleading for kindness. Every gentle word means the world to her. Sally is a precious Toy & Terrier mix youngster, 1 year of age, good with other dogs and older kids, housetrained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    She was found abandoned in a park with no sign of responsible ownership.

Michael politely bows his head when you approach, then looks up with gentle and hopeful eyes pleading for kindness. Michael is an angelic boy, a Labradoodle mix, 6 years of age, good with other dogs, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . He is one of eleven animals rescued so far from a defunct animal organization. He is recovering well from neglect and hopes to have someone to love very soon.

Steven pleads for kindness and peace-of-mind.  He is a young, good-looking Labrador Retriever recovering from cruelty. Steven is very worried about strangers, especially men. Virginia , 12, reveals raw emotion in her powerful eyes, understandably pleading for peace and kindness. A man witnessed her traumatically being kicked out of a car. Miraculously, her bones were not broken. But her heart was broken. Emotional comfort from volunteers and staff, along with the companionship of other rescued dogs, has helped her understand she is not in peril. Virginia is quiet-natured, but becomes puppy-like during short bursts of playtime each day. She enjoys being with people and offers immense devotion to those who are good to her. Troubadour is a soulful little fellow who looks up to people for hope.  He was found abandoned in a neighborhood, where he had run to a family's front door pleading for help.  Troubadour is a warm-hearted Chihuahua, 5 years of age and neutered, good with other sweet dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Please help find him a responsible, loving home where he will always know he is safe and treasured.

Duncan is terrified of men, but runs to women and stands on their legs pleading for comfort and safety. He loves when the women volunteers and staff cuddle and reassure him. Duncan is a young Dachshund, 2 years of age and neutered, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    We rescued him from another shelter that asked for our help due to his timidity.

Lorelei is a kind young Staffordshire Terrier pleading for compassion. She is homeless and about 2 weeks away from giving birth. Lorelei was abandoned at a veterinary hospital and no further background information about her is known, except that she is 2 years of age and her ears have been crudely and cruelly cut off. The foster commitment for Lorelei and her babies is approximately 4 months. She needs a peaceful, comfortable home where she can birth and raise her puppies.
