Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Ferrari , an earnest baby boy with a playful spirit, seeks someone he can love and adore forever.    He is a Labrador Retriever mix puppy, 5 months of age, good with other dogs, now neutered and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Ferrari had ear infections at the time of rescue and his previous owner said he was not adjusting to their home.    Please be committed to kind guidance and having patience with animals adjusting to your lifestyle, especially babies like Ferrari , who completely depend on your understanding and compassion.

Emilio is an easy-going boy with stunning good looks and a playful spirit.  He likes toys that ricochet around the room when he bats at them.  Emilio relishes being in laps, purring heartily while you pet or brush him.  He is a medium-hair with jewel-green eyes, 3 years of age and neutered, good with other cats, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Drake is a baby boy rich with charisma and zest for life.  He is a marbled tabby & white shorthair kitten, 6 months of age, terrific with people and cats, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for his safety. Drake was raised and socialized in a foster home since his rescue from the streets.

Archie is a playful spirit, blessed with puppy-like enthusiasm and a fun-loving nature.  He is a handsome Shar-Pei & Retriever mix, neutered boy, 5 years of age, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Archie was found on the streets. His microchip ID traced back to a previous owner who refused him.  Archie deserves much better.  We believe he has the temperament to be good with mature kids.

Marie , a playful baby girl, a Pug mix (perhaps with Pekingese), was giving us "frown face" this morning for her pictures, but her light-hearted personality returned the moment her feet were back on the ground. Marie loves giving people hugs and kisses. She is 7 months of age, good with other dogs, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety.

Buffy , bubbly and irresistible, is a vibrant baby girl with a playful spirit.    She is a Miniature Schnauzer & Toy mix, 6 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Buffy is housetrained, crate-trained, and good with dogs and mature kids.    Her previous owner surrendered her and cited "no room" for her as the reason.    Please visit and ask for Buffy by name.

Magellan , a lovable baby boy, was a bit alarmed by the camera this morning for his pictures, but became playful and light-hearted again as soon as he was back on his feet.  He is a remarkably attractive Dachshund mix puppy, 5 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. Magellan is good with cats and dogs and crate-trained.

Cecil is a playful junior puppy and the jovial side of his personality emerges more every day.  This sweetheart now has many years of love and adoration to look forward to!  Cecil is a small Heinz 57 (with Chihuahua, Terrier, and Toy), 10 months of age, neutered, and triumphantly debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  At the time of rescue Cecil was at another shelter and his left eye was missing from its socket (believed to be a recent loss).  He is adjusting steadily and he's now ready to join a loving, forever home.

Axel is a cute junior puppy who does not want to miss out on any fun.  Sometimes when he rests he wears this worried expression, like he's watching the parade marching away without him.  We look forward to the day when Axel realizes he is loved and safe in a forever home.  Axel is a Labrador Retriever mix, about 9 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  He enjoys playing with other dogs, and perhaps the more social his new home, the better.

At the time of rescue Baby Bobby's front right leg was mangled and broken beyond repair, requiring immediate amputation.  He has since been recovering in a loving foster home with cats, dogs, and rabbits.  Baby Bobby is fearless, incredibly athletic, adjusting to life on three legs beyond all expectation.  When he's pooped out from jumping and playing, he delights in snuggling in your arms.  Baby Bobby is now 3 months of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for his safety.

Buford is a confident boy who sees the house as one giant jungle gym to play in and explore.  His foster mom (who has cared for him since his rescue as a motherless newborn) said he likes to jump on the computer keyboard and show you that he can press down on the keys too to help you.  Buford is now 3 months of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please kitten-proof your home for his safety. Please have lots of toys and tunnels and posts for him to play with, as well as sharing plenty of quality time with him daily.

Chairman Cosmo Pokey Shayla Shayla and her three baby brothers ( Chairman , Cosmo , and Pokey ) have been lovingly raised and socialized in a foster home.  Their foster parents describe them as wonderfully loving and rambunctiously playful. The four puppies are Border Collie mixes, now 4 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety and protection. At the time of rescue they were at another shelter that asked for Nevada SPCA's help due to their very young age. They can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting a pair for lifelong companionship.

Anthony is an inquisitive baby boy with charming eyes suggesting wisdom far beyond what his few months on Earth could bring. He is a cream & white Bully mix, 4 months of age, now neutered and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  We expect Anthony to grow to medium size. Please provide him with kind guidance, a stable lifestyle routine, and basic training. Another shelter asked for our help with Anthony because they feared he was ill.  (He wasn't.) Anthony is a playful, friendly puppy ready to join a loving, forever home.

Tweety is a precious baby girl who craves adoration and she debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  She is a petite, butterscotch & white Chihuahua mix, 5 months of age, spayed, and great with other sweet dogs.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for her safety. Tweety reportedly lost her previous home due to being too energetic or playful with the family's other dogs.   Please help us find Tweety a knowledgeable, stable, and lifelong home where her playful spirit will be cherished, not rejected nor deemed a nuisance.
