Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Hinata is good with kids and likes covering people he adores with doggie kisses.  He is a Shiba Inu mix (size, body type, curly-Q tail of a Shiba Inu),1 year young, neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Hinata was not socialized with other dogs and gets agitated around them. For now, he needs a one-dog household, but with good future socialization we believe he could become accustomed to other friendly dogs.  We rescued Hinata from another shelter and his background is otherwise unknown.

  Randall , an outgoing, spunky, and strong-willed junior puppy, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. He is a blond-cream Wirehaired Dachshund mix, 10 months of age, now neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for his safety. Randall likes other dogs and he is crate-trained.  He was found in neglected condition on the streets with no sign of responsible ownership.  Randall likes and expects to get his way, so please give him kind guidance and help him understand what is expected of him.

Figaro Jasmine Orion Yasmine 40 rescued kittens will be ready for adoption tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10am at Nevada SPCA, including these four sweethearts! Figaro and Orion , baby brothers, were found as newborns next to a fence and wall, with their mother nowhere in sight. The boys have been lovingly raised and socialized in a foster home ever since. They are now 4 months of age and neutered. Both are sporty and playful. Jasmine and Yasmine , baby sisters, were surrendered by their previous owner (who moved into an apartment where pets are not allowed). The girls are bashful and need more socialization, so an experienced home is a necessity for their development. They are now 3 months of age and spayed.

Amethyst Garnet Pearl Steven Amethyst , Garnet , and Pearl , and their brother Steven , debut for adoption on Independence Day at 10am at Nevada SPCA.  Since their rescue from a parking lot, the babies have been lovingly raised and socialized in a foster home.  Their foster mom, Mel, took these terrific pictures and described them as follows: Amethyst is the wise one who lets the others get into adventures or trouble first, Garnet purrs day & night when playing or sleeping, Pearl is so loving she does 'happy feet' for hours at a time, and Steven is the athlete who chases and catches all of the toys.  The kittens are now 3 months of age and spayed/neutered.  Please consider adopting a pair for lifetime love and companionship.

Abel Ashley Naomi Abel and his sisters, Ashley and Naomi , are precious babies who have wonderfully socialized in a foster home since their rescue.  The kittens are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  All three love people and cats.  Abel is the most athletic and playful, while Ashley is the most adventurous and Naomi is the super cuddler.  Please come meet these three and the many other rescued cats and kittens eagerly awaiting forever homes.

Charmander Onyx Charmander and Onyx are brother and sister, wonderfully lovable junior puppies debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Both are reportedly terrific with mature kids, as well as good with other dogs and partially housetrained.  Their previous owners, who surrendered them due to financial hardship, said that they are Border Collie mixes.  We expect them to grow just to medium size.  They are now 6 months of age and spayed/neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety.

Beth Dean Olive Beth , Dean , and Olive are angelic babies with vibrant spirits and they are debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  They were found discarded in a box in a shopping cart at a shopping center parking lot without food or water.  Beth and Olive are girls and Dean is a boy.  They are 3 months of age and now spayed/neutered.  Please kitten-proof your home for their safety.  Thanks to a wonderful foster home, the kittens have been socialized well.  They love chasing each other in kittie tubes and pouncing on their toys.

Hercules and Bentley, baby brothers Hercules Bentley Hercules and Bentley are super cute baby boys debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Both are playful and eager for acceptance.  The boys are most likely Bully & Labrador Retriever mixes, perhaps with another Sporting Dog breed, and they are expected to grow to at least medium size (and most likely large size).  They are 4 months of age and neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety. They can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting them together for lifelong companionship. Their background is mostly unknown except that police had to confiscate them from their previous home.  We want them to know a lifetime of love in a stable, responsible forever home.

Baby Chubbs Two of Nani's babies -- Baby , a girl, and Chubbs , a boy -- are now ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  They are 3 months of age and spayed/neutered.  Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety. Both have comical, playful personalities.  They have been well-socialized in a foster home and enjoy people and dogs. Their three siblings will be ready for adoption too in the days to come. Their mother, Nani , is a golden Bully mix and their father is unknown.  Nani has already been adopted.  Here is more information about Nani and her rescue.

Mindy Mork These affectionate babies were found near one of the busier intersections in Las Vegas with no sign of their mother or responsible ownership (no ID tags, no microchip IDs, not spayed/neutered). Mork and Mindy are brother and sister, both with gentle spirits, and they revel in loving attention and reassurance. They are a remarkably cute blend of multiple breeds, perhaps Shepherd mixes, expected to grow to medium or large size.  They are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Please puppy-proof your home and yard for their safety.  In addition, please plan on giving them kind guidance, basic training, and a stable lifestyle routine. Mork and Mindy can be adopted separately, but please consider adopting the siblings together for lifelong love and companionship.

Dexter gives those he loves all of his loyalty.  He is a young, slender, and radiant German Shepherd, about 18 months of age, a neutered boy, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  German Shepherd knowledge is needed for his adoption. Dexter is reportedly housetrained and crate-trained and eager to please.  He lost his home reportedly because he was 'too protective' of the family's children.  Dexter needs an experienced home where he understands his "job" is to be a loving companion & family member, not a guard dog.

Parsley Rosemary Sage Thyme Rosemary and her three baby brothers -- Parsley , Sage , and Thyme -- are sweetheart kittens debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. They have been lovingly raised and socialized in a foster home since their rescue. Parsley is a Siamese mix and the other three are cute orange tabbies.  They are now 3 months of age, spayed/neutered, and ready for stable, indoor-only, forever homes. Please kitten-proof your home for their safety. Their foster mom says that Rosemary and Sage are the most rambunctious, while Parsley may be the most affectionate, and Thyme is mellow and content to observe his siblings getting into trouble.
