Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Baylor approaches people he knows and lifts his head up gently for nose scratches.  He likes bonding with people and savors his afternoon salads of fresh greens.  Baylor is an American guinea pig, 2 years of age, and ready for adoption in the Lovebug Room at Nevada SPCA .  He was surrendered by his previous owners due to their financial hardship.

Silke , a wonderfully sweet girl, would love to get a sister for lifelong companionship.  She is a chocolate merle American guinea pig, 2 years of age, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA .  If you have a lonely female guinea pig, please bring her to the Lovebug Room at the shelter for a safe "play date" to meet Silke and ensure their compatibility.  Silke was surrendered by her previous owner who believed a family member was allergic to guinea pigs.

Kenny Eric & Stan Topeka & Atchison 10 guinea pigs are ready for adoption into loving, forever homes. Five are pictured here: Kenny , Eric & Stan , and Topeka & Atchison . Please visit the Lovebug Room at Nevada SPCA to meet and adopt them. Kenny is a gentle Peruvian, 2 years of age. Eric & Stan are also two years of age and like nose scratches. Eric is an American and Stan is a Peruvian. Topeka & Atchison are American, 1 year of age, and very friendly.

Yoda , whimsical and kind, enjoys quiet moments with the people he bonds with.  He is a Sheltie & Peruvian guinea pig with a flamboyant appearance, 2 years of age, and ready for adoption in the Lovebugs Room at Nevada SPCA .  Yoda was surrendered by his previous owner who cited her declining health as the reason.  Please visit and ask for Yoda by name.

Rothchild , a wonderfully friendly baby boy, wants a home where he gets quality time with people daily.    He is an American guinea pig, 2 months of age, and debuting for adoption today in the Lovebug Room at Nevada SPCA . Rothchild's mom and Aunt, Mayflower and Gail, are available for adoption too (and previously posted). His mom was pregnant at the time of rescue and he was born here at the shelter and socialized well through the weeks with staff and volunteers.

Nocturne , a charming baby girl, steals hearts with her cute chirps and enthusiasm for life.  She is very pleased to meet people and sample new veggies and leafy greens.  Nocturne is an Abyssinian guinea pig, 2 months young, now ready for adoption in the Lovebugs Room at Nevada SPCA .  We rescued her from another shelter that needed our help.

Eb looks at people with pleading eyes, hoping they will sit close and praise him, or bend the rules and give him his daily salad of plentiful fresh greens before 3pm.  He is a cute and friendly American guinea pig, 1 year young, and ready for adoption in the Lovebugs Room at Nevada SPCA .  We rescued Eb from another shelter that needed our help.

Sasha is blind and she relies on her soul-mate, Darla , for physical and emotional well-being. Please help us find a hero for these rescued girls.    They were found abandoned by a dumpster.    Both guinea pigs are 2 years of age and very gentle. They are ready for adoption today in the Lovebugs Room at Nevada SPCA .

Fawn is beautiful in spirit and appearance.  She is a petite, crested guinea pig, about 18 months young, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA in the Lovebugs Room.  Fawn has a calm temperament and she responds well to handling.  At the time of rescue this angel had been abandoned in a vacated apartment.  Please ask for Fawn by name when you visit.
