Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Gallagher likes to share his joy. He is a radiant, chocolate & white Corgi mix, 4 years of age, neutered boy, good with other dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Gallagher was at another shelter that asked for our help. He has very thin hair, particularly on his neck and back, believed to be the result of malnutrition and food allergies.    Gallagher has already begun some improvement on a premium, probiotic special diet, though there are patches on his body that may not fully re-grow his coat. Please share his picture and help find him someone wonderful and to ensure he never knows hunger, neglect, or malnutrition again.

Lina , successfully completing a 7-month rehabilitation, triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA!  She is a charming Dachshund mix and when she is excited she hops her front legs in small jumps of joy.  Lina is a Dachshund mix, 9 years of age and spayed, good with other dogs, and housetrained.  At the time of rescue she was wounded (unknown cause) and nearly completely hairless from severe skin allergies.  Since then Lina has healed well and on a special diet (fish) she has thrived and regrown most of her hair.  Please come meet this valiant little lady!

Abbott Costello Abbot and Costello are incredibly cute and playful Shar Pei puppies debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  The brothers are now 5 months of age and neutered.  At the time of rescue they were surrendered with severe rashes and hair loss, but this turned out to be only food allergies, which is very common in dogs.  The boys are now on a special diet (fish) and their skin and coats are already recovering beautifully.  Please be sure to puppy-proof your home(s) for their safety and protection.  Shar Pei knowledge is preferred for their adoptions.
