Lilly and Darla, playful young ferrets.

Image
As playful as these young girls are, they are gentle in your hands and delight in having attention from people.  Lilly & Darla are ferrets, 2 years of age, spayed, and strongly bonded to the point where they need to remain together forever, for lifelong love and companionship.  Lilly is a light sable and Darla is a dark sable.  Please ask for the girls by name when you visit Nevada SPCA.

We are all about razzle-dazzle!

Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid Update: Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid were adopted on November 19th! Laughter and smiles are always earned when these two youngsters play.  They dance and prance, then dart behind a cat tree and wait to pounce on each other, strategically deciding when it's more fun to play hide-and-seek or engage in all-out wrestling. Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid love cats too.  We give them supervised time to playfully engage the cats too in the center area of the free-roaming Cat Condos playrooms and they ensure that all of the felines get their exercise for the day. These young brothers are albino ferrets, neutered, and about 18 months of age.  They are strongly bonded and need to remain together forever. Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid needed us due to their previous owner's financial hardship. Please ask for the boys by name in the Cat Condos.  Ferret knowledge and/or experience is needed for their adoption....

I am ready to shower you with sunshine.

Update: Max was adopted on October 29th! Seriously, can you get more handsome than this angelic face? Max is a joyful young sweetheart debuting for adoption today.  He is a Yellow Labrador Retriever, neutered male, one year young. Besides getting along well with dogs, he reportedly is compatible with children, cats, ferrets, and birds. Max needed us because his previous owner did not have enough time for him and made him live outdoors in the backyard.  He needs to live primarily indoors as a cherished member of the family, so please be patient with him and help him establish a steady routine and complete housetraining. He is a bit rebellious on a leash and needs basic dog training.  Please be willing and able to provide this training for him.  He is eager to please, so we believe he will catch on quickly.

We are brother and sister, and soul-mates too.

Update: Dana & Juicy Couture were adopted on September 11th! Dana & Juicy Couture are very fun young ferrets with curious natures. While they rest hard, they play hard too -- becoming energetic little "wiggleworms" on the go. Dana & Juicy Couture are brother and sister, neutered and spayed (respectively), and approximately one year of age. They are very strongly bonded, so it is unthinkable to separate them. Besides being committed to keeping them together, their ideal new owner should be knowledgeable about ferrets and planning on keeping them safe and loved their entire lifetimes. Dana & Juicy Couture are ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. You can ask for them at the front desk or with the Cat Condo staff.
