Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Bert & Ernie are a fun, strongly-bonded pair needing a loving, forever home.  Both boys are housetrained & crate-trained, good with dogs & cats & older kids, neutered, 6 years of age, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Bert is a Pug mix and Ernie is a Toy mix. Bert can get fussy, especially with strangers, so an experienced home is needed please.  The boys were surrendered by their previous owner who said he had "too many dogs".

Stella & Sampson , a well-behaved pair, enjoy cuddling, playing, and napping in the sun.  They are 9-year-old soul-mates, housetrained & crate-trained, good with other dogs, and awaiting adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Stella is a spayed girl, Chihuahua, and Sampson is a neutered boy, Miniature Pinscher.  They became homeless because a member of their previous family was allergic to them.  Special thanks to Pet'ographique for these extraordinary portraits which capture their spirits.

Together forever, Romeo & Juliet , an attractive pair with a magical bond.  They have plenty of devotion to share with you, too.  These sweethearts needed us because their previous family thought they were allergic to them.  Romeo , wearing a natural tuxedo, is outgoing and noble.  Juliet is graceful and demure, and enjoys hiding under blankets.  They are both 6 years of age, spayed/neutered, and good with other felines, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Special thanks to Pet'ographique for this gorgeous portrait to help them find a loving, indoor-only, forever home.

" Venus de Milo " is what we call this devoted pair with the most beautiful bond.  They both look and act particularly human-like and they belong together forever.  Venus is a Jack Russell Terrier mix, spayed girl, 2 years of age. Milo is a Lhasa-Poo, neutered boy, about 4 years of age.   They have very cheerful personalities and like to be together all the time.  At the time of rescue a kind woman found them wandering near one of the busiest streets in Las Vegas without signs of responsible ownership.  Venus de Milo debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

These strongly bonded boys -- Spirit & Kody -- glow with kindness and devotion.  They have many remarkable qualities, including great intelligence, affable personalities, and compatibility with children, cats, and dogs.  Spirit is a White Shepherd and Kody is a German Shepherd.  Both boys are 7-9 years of age, neutered, housetrained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Spirit & Kody are soul-mates and need to remain together forever.  At the time of rescue they were found living in a neglected condition in a garage.  Please help us find these boys a loving home where they will be cherished and adored, not banished or considered a nuisance.

How could little 4-pound George have survived on the streets for any length of time without his guardian angel, Gracie , who is a bit younger and larger?  Gracie mothers and dotes on George and he feels safe at her side.  We rescued these tiny Yorkshire Terriers from another shelter to keep them together.  They are soul-mates.  George is a neutered boy, at least 10 years of age.  Gracie is a spayed girl, about 6 years of age.  Please help George & Gracie find a hero so they are never homeless, scared, hungry, or in danger ever again.  They debut for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

Gabrielle & Xena are young, beautiful, sweet guinea pig sisters who are getting better each day about letting us handle them.  Both are very gentle, crested guinea pigs, about 18 months of age, with stunning color patterns and expressive eyes.  Guinea pigs are social animals and these girls are so strongly bonded that they need to remain together forever.  Please visit Nevada SPCA's Lovebugs Room and ask for Gabrielle & Xena by name.
