Sapphire

Image
Sapphire's spirit is renewing and awakening. She is beginning to glow again and the spark for life is back in her eyes. Sapphire is a petite, beautiful tabby, 8 years of age and spayed, ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA. After surrendered by her previous owners (due to their personal hardship), she curled up in a ball and refused to eat and drink. We put Sapphire in the center foyer for the Cat Condos (a large space for her to explore and roam) and she began showing interest in the world again. She would love a peaceful home with tons of gentle cuddling.

Michelangelo

Image
Michelangelo is beginning to lift his head and hope. At the time of rescue he was at another shelter, hunching his shoulders and keeping his face near the ground, hoping no one would notice him. Quick movements scare him and there are additional signs that he was betrayed with violence in his previous home. Michangelo is 2 years young, a Terrier & Toy mix, neutered boy, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.    He is good with other dogs. We believe he may continue to adjust best in a home with a big sister or brother dog.
