My emotional walls are coming down.

We admire Sunset's progress with learning to trust people again.  This is a slow, steady, beautiful thing to watch. She is a gorgeous young girl we rescued from a park.  She had been abandoned there to fend for herself, like countless others, but as you know, domesticated rabbits cannot survive on their own.  Many die from starvation, or get struck by vehicles as they seek out someone to feed them, or they lure coyotes onto golf courses and neighborhood parks for easy meals. Sunset is a Satin mix with a tender nature.  She is about one year of age, now spayed and ready for adoption. Please visit Nevada SPCA's Lovebugs Room and ask for this sweetheart by name.

I belong indoors to be safe and loved.

During this long economic crisis we have rescued countless domesticated bunnies from parks. Releasing unwanted rabbits into parks is tragic on many levels.  Unable to survive on their own, many of them starve or are struck by vehicles as they leave the parks searching for someone to care for them. Also, releasing unwanted rabbits into parks can attract coyotes looking for easy meals, which may then affect neighborhood cats and dogs. Burbank's hungry, frightening days in a park are over.  She is now spayed and we intend to find her an indoor-only home where she is treated as a member of the family. Burbank is an exceptionally beautiful Satin rabbit with waves of soft brown and gold coloring, just a bit over one year of age. She is meek and shy, especially with strangers, so an experienced and gentle home is needed for her.

I am seeking a quiet home with bunny experience.

Madeline reliably greets us with a hop and nuzzling affection when we first visit with her each day. She is an exotic beauty, perhaps a mixture of Himalayan, Dwarf, and Satin rabbit breeds. She is approximately two years young. Madeline is now spayed and ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She enjoys petting and she has a relatively outgoing nature, but being held makes her quite anxious. We believe this is because she was handled improperly in her previous home. Please come meet this very beautiful young lady at Nevada SPCA. Madeline is one of more than 70 rescued, spayed/neutered bunnies for adoption today.
