Sally is beginning to become hopeful and more interested in bonding with people who are kind to her. This young girl survived a traumatic ordeal. Her leg reportedly got trapped in a pet taxi. In the chaos and pain, she bit the person who was helping free her leg, resulting in a 10-day quarantine for her unintentional bite. Sally is now at Nevada SPCA and ready to love someone dearly for life. She is a lovely Toy & Longhair Chihuahua mix, 1 year of age and spayed, and good with other sweet dogs.    Sally is shy and best suited for a peaceful home environment please.

Sally licks your hand, pleading for kindness. Every gentle word means the world to her. Sally is a precious Toy & Terrier mix youngster, 1 year of age, good with other dogs and older kids, housetrained, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .    She was found abandoned in a park with no sign of responsible ownership.

Sally is a lighthearted junior puppy hoping to steal your heart.  Every time you say something nice her tail wags excitedly, plus we also like watching her wag her tail happily when she's enjoying her meals or drinking water.  Sally is a Kelpie mix (perhaps with Retriever and Shepherd, though we think she will only grow to Kelpie size), 8 months of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA. She enjoys cats, dogs, and kids.  Sally was found abandoned near an old highway with no sign of responsible ownership.

Sally adores people and wants to please those she loves.  She is a stunning German Shepherd, 5 years of age and spayed, housetrained, and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA.  Sally was surrendered to us for not getting along with another dog, but we are unaware of the circumstances, and so she may or may not be compatible with another dog depending on the dynamics between the two.  German Shepherd knowledge is needed for her adoption.

Innocent, angelic souls rescued from a dumpster.

Sandra with her babies, Jared and Sally Horrific tragedy has been prevented for Sandra and her babies and now they need a loving foster home.  Please share this post to help. Earlier this morning, a man and his friends heard kittens crying and determined their sounds were coming from a dumpster outside of a fast food restaurant.  He looked in and saw the babies at their mother's side.  He reached in carefully to see if mom would let him help the kittens out, and she began purring.  (Though mom could jump out, we suspect she could not get her babies out, so she remained at their side.) We named mom Sandra and her babies, Jared and Sally .  The kittens are approximately 5-6 weeks of age.  The foster commitment will be for approximately 4 weeks. If you can help Sandra and her babies, or any other rescued fragile animals in urgent need, please visit Nevada SPCA today before 5pm and ask for Katelyn.  Thank you. More ways to help.

I am a sweet ball of dynamite!

Update: Sally was adopted on January 27th! Bouncy and athletic, Sally seems to have the energy of an entire litter of puppies. But she is generally well-behaved (except, reportedly, when company arrives and she gets so excited that she drops all manners), including being housetrained (with a doggie door), crate-trained, and compatible with cats & dogs and kind children. So Sally will thrive with an active lifestyle.  She is a pretty Jack Russell Terrier, spayed girl, about 6 years of age. Sally needed rescue when her previous owner changed housing arrangements. Jack Russell Terrier knowledge and/or experience is preferred for her adoption.  Please be willing and able to provide basic dog obedience training for her to so that she can continue channeling her energy into good behavior.
