Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Rita is a young girl with enormous grace and poise.    She is a Russian Blue mix, 1 year young, good with other cats, now spayed and ready for adoption at Nevada SPCA. Rita plays like a kitten and enjoys jumping in cardboard boxes. At the time of rescue, Rita and her four newborns were homeless on the streets. We placed them in foster care so Rita could nurture and raise her babies in a loving, peaceful, home environment. (Her babies have since been spayed/neutered and adopted.)

Rita , a peppy youngster who delights in playing ball and bonding with people and dogs, debuts for adoption this morning at Nevada SPCA .  She is an adorable Miniature Schnauzer, 1 year of age, spayed girl, and housetrained & crate-trained.  Rita was surrendered by her previous owner for no fault of her own (his new job schedule).  Please plan and budget for professional grooming several times per year.

Rita , 9, is a tiny (5 pounds) girl with a big personality. Some of her favorite things include playing with cat toys (toy mice), stepping into the shower with people, and getting belly rubs. Rita is good with other dogs, housetrained, a blond Chihuahua, spayed, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. She was at another shelter that asked for our help.

Update: Rita was adopted on January 18th! Rita is a gorgeous, yet timid girl who yearns to love. But she is haunted by past demons, the victim of at least mild abuse (whether physical or screaming). Rita is a chocolate Doberman Pinscher with natural ears which we find more beautiful, as well as more humane than cropped ears. She is spayed and approximately 4 years of age. She has a gentle spirit and she is ready to bloom in a calm home where she can regain self-esteem. Doberman Pinscher knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred. Rita debuts for adoption today.
