Nevada SPCA Animal Rescue

Betsy is a radiant youngster who loves playing in water. Please get her a mobile wading pool of some kind for endless hours of pleasure. Betsy and her five newborns were at another shelter that asked for our help. (All of her babies thrived with her nurturing care and they will be ready for adoption later this summer.) Betsy is a very friendly and jolly girl, a Queensland Heeler mix, 3 years of age, now spayed and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA .

Bessie , just rescued and pregnant, needs a foster hero please! Bessie , a Queensland Heeler mix, 2 years of age, is exceptionally gentle and amiable. She wants help and trusts her caretakers.    Her previous owner was reportedly homeless and on the streets. If you can foster Bessie , providing a peaceful and comfortable home for her to birth and raise her babies, please visit Nevada SPCA in person and ask for Wayne.

Henry , well-behaved and charming, asks for your consideration so he can become a valued member of a loving, forever home.  He is good with cats, dogs, and kids, plus housetrained too.  Henry is a medium-size, cream & white Heinz 57 with Queensland Heeler, 5 years of age and neutered, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .  He needed us due to his previous owner's health problems.

Gabriella , an amiable and intelligent young girl, wants to ensure that the people who she adores never abandon her. Reportedly handed around from home to home, she became traumatized by continuously losing those she loved. Separation anxiety developed -- fearing every goodbye is forever -- and it will take her time and extraordinary patience on your part for her to realize she can always depend on you to come back to her. (There is no single and instant remedy for separation anxiety, but we can talk with you here about crate-training, steady lifestyle routines, and other reasonable measures that are effective.) Gabriella is a gorgeous Border Collie & Queensland Heeler mix, 2 years of age and spayed, good with dogs her size and larger, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA . Please share Gabriella's picture to help find a hero.

Brynner , 9, intently looks at new people to see if they intend him kindness or harm. Once he trusts that it is the former, he calms and begins to bond.    Brynner needs to finally know what a loving and peaceful home feels like. He is 1 of 25 animals Nevada SPCA has rescued so far from a large animal organization that collapsed in the region. He and six others, already rescued and here now too, were the least socialized and most fearful of the entire group. We are encouraged by their baby steps of improvement so far and know that with the dedication of staff and volunteers that all will continue their progress and find loving homes with heroes. Brynner is a handsome, medium-size Heinz 57 with Queensland Heeler and Aussie Shepherd. He is neutered, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA .

Lorna looks at you with so much hope.  She is eager to hear praise and your words assuring her she is safe and just fine.  Lorna is a petite Queensland Heeler mix, 2 year young, good with other dogs, spayed, and debuting for adoption this afternoon at Nevada SPCA.  She was at another shelter that ran out of space.

Andrea is happiest in your arms or lap, cuddling and hugging, sneaking doggie kisses on your cheeks.  She is a medium-size Heinz 57 with Queensland Heeler, 3 years young and spayed, good with other dogs, and debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  Andrea was found on the streets and repeated attempts to trace her microchip ID to a previous owner were not successful.  She is eager to join a responsible, loving home, so please come meet her today.
