Shelby Pluto Shelby , a precious baby girl ready for a forever home, likes laying on her back for belly rubs. Shelby and Pluto and 39 more rescued kittens are ready for adoption today at Nevada SPCA! Shelby is super sweet, 3 months of age, spayed,with beautiful torbie coloration and hazel-green eyes. She has been raised and socialized in a wonderful foster home with other cats.   Pluto , 4 months of age, loves to run, climb, and jump into your arms. He gives wonderful hugs with his long arms. He is 4 months of age and neutered.     Pluto was rescued when a family heard him crying in distress in their backyard.

Carolyn Claudia Pluto Carolyn , Pluto , and Claudia are 3 of the 20 rescued motherless kittens who need foster homes so far today. If you can help, please visit Nevada SPCA in person and ask for Lauren. Carolyn and her siblings were found on the streets with eye infections. They are 10 weeks of age and healing very well. Pluto and his brother were rescued from another shelter that needed our help. They need a foster home for socialization and care for only 3 weeks. Claudia and her siblings also need a foster home for only 3 weeks of socialization and care. They were unwanted by their previous owners. Please share the kittens' post to help. Thank you.

Pluto's comical charm is irresistible! He is all love, fun, and devotion. Pluto's appearance is unique (masked face, ear shape, rounded roly poly body) and we believe he is a Bull Terrier & English Bulldog mix.    He is 1 year of age, neutered, and debuting for adoption at Nevada SPCA.    We believe he has the temperament to be terrific with kids.    Pluto was at another shelter and needed our help.

Pluto , an outgoing youngster ready for adventure, debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.  He is a sporty Manchester Terrier mix (19 pounds), neutered boy, 1 year of age.  Pluto gets along well with other dogs, but may get fussy with some who he meets when he is on leash.  Pluto is one of 18 animals rescued from another shelter on Christmas Eve.  Please visit and ask for him by name.

Pluto is a tiny, 7-pound boy with enormous loving potential and he is recovering steadily from a violent, cruel past.  We rescued him in June from another shelter and he had open wounds across his body, most consistent with road rash from being struck by a vehicle.  Physically, he has healed beautifully this summer and he triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Emotionally, Pluto is still a work in progress, but he is learning to trust and realizing that people can be kind.  Pluto is 7 years of age and neutered.  We believe he will adjust best in a home with a big brother or sister dog.  Please help find a hero for Pluto .

Update: Pluto was adopted on March 27th! Pluto loves to play fetch with tennis balls. He is a very eager, handsome, and affectionate young boy, perhaps a Retriever & Shepherd mix. He is neutered and approximately 18 months of age. Pluto is full of joy for life and he is compatible with other dogs and kind children. To help him complete housetraining, please install a doggie door and give him positive guidance and a stable lifestyle routine. Pluto needed us because his previous owner had to downsize and move into a new living situation. Pluto debuts for adoption today.
